Over the years, I have tried many low carb, keto, and carnivore pizza recipes, and this is by far my family's favorite!
So cheesy and full of fat and protein. I promise you won't miss the dough!
When I came up with this recipe I was on a mission to create the tastiest carnivore approved pizza. I'm always looking for ways to make my family's favorite dishes carnivore style! I wanted something that didn't just look like pizza, but also tasted like it! This recipe has all the best pizza ingredients - CHEESE & MEAT - without all the carbs! It has a crispy outer crust, because it's loaded with mozzarella cheese that is sprinkled around the outer edges. Baking it at a high temperature also helps make it crispy.
If you've been following me for a while on social media, then you know that this is my favorite pizza! Now, I got to try it topped with Carnivore Crisps!

carnivore crisps pizza
1 lb ground chicken (raw)
2 large eggs
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 1/2 tsp Italian seasonings
15 oz ricotta cheese
2-3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
15 oz ricotta cheese
Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a16 inch pizza pan with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, add all of the ingredients for the crust. Mix well to combine.
Add the meat to the pizza pan and gently press meat down to flatten and shape into a round pizza crust.
Bake the crust in the oven for 15 minutes or until it starts to brown on top. While the crust is baking chop the carnivore crisps.
Remove the crust from the oven and top with the ricotta cheese, then the remainder of the mozzarella cheese, and lastly the carnivore crisps. You can add Italian seasonings and Parmesan cheese if you desire.
Put the pizza back in the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes at 425°F. Bake until slightly brown around the outer edges for a crispy pizza crust! Let the pizza cool for 5 minutes before cutting.
