carnivore cheesy chicken crust pizza with ricotta
1 lb ground chicken (raw)
2 large eggs
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
15 oz ricotta cheese
3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Topping ideas: pepperoni, bacon, sausage, ground beef, ham, crab meat, shrimp, prosciutto
