Quiche is a French tart, usually consisting of a pastry crust filled with savory custard, cheese, meat, seafood, or vegetables. This recipe is full of fat and protein and carnivore approved, as it is crustless and doesn't have any veggies. It's also super easy to make, and you can fill it with any of your favorite meaty ingredients.
The secret ingredient in this recipe is Carnivore Crisps Grass-fed Beef Brisket! They add an extra layer of flavor and meaty goodness! Have you tried them? They are a carnivore snack that's crispy like a chip and made with real meat and real salt! I love them for when I'm on the go or traveling, and of course in delicious carnivore dishes like this one! Bake the quiche for 40 minutes until lightly brown and a toothpick comes out clean. Remove from the oven and let the quiche cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
Have you made quiche before? What meaty ingredients do you like to use in it? You can easily adapt this recipe to suit your taste buds, and can even add a low carb or keto pie crust to this recipe. This recipe is also good for meal prep because the quiche reheats well in the oven or microwave.
