EGG WHITE WRAPS

With just 3 ingredients, these delicious zero carb egg white wraps are the perfect substitute for tortillas in any of your favorite recipes!

I was inspired to make this recipe because my grocery store recently started carrying Egglife wraps. I've seen a bunch of people on social media using them in recipes, but when I saw the ingredients and price, I thought, "I bet I can make these at home"! If you've been following me for a while now, then you know that I'm all about making the healthy homemade carnivore version of my favorite foods and dishes. So I did!
These homemade egg white wraps are super easy to make, more affordable than buying the store brand, and healthier. Egg life wraps contain egg whites, xanthan gum, natural flavor, salt, and nisin (preservative). This recipe only has 3 ingredients and no preservatives. Just organic free range egg whites, beef gelatin powder, and sea salt! You can feel good about feeding your family this recipe.

Ingredients
8 egg whites
2 tbsp beef gelatin powder
sea salt to taste
Directions
Heat an 8-10" non-stick frying pan or crepe pan over medium low heat. Add butter or tallow to the pan.
In a food processor, add the egg whites, beef gelatin powder, and salt. Pulse until the mixture is combined and starts to foam.
Pour the egg white mixture into the heated pan and swirl the pan to coat the bottoms and side. Flip halfway through about 1-2 min on each side.
Remove the wrap from the pan and place on a cutting board or plate to cool. Repeat with the remaining egg mixture. Store wraps in the refrigerator. This recipe made 4 wraps. The yield will depend on how large you make your wraps.
