The best all natural whipped cream ever without corn syrup or added sweetener!
Have you ever looked at the ingredients on a can of store bought whipped cream? Most contain added sugar and corn syrup. Those are two ingredients that I avoid being a carnivore! You can make the healthier version at home with just one or two ingredients, heavy whipping cream and vanilla. If you prefer you can omit the vanilla.
This recipe works best with a stand mixer because you need to whip the cream at a very high speed. If you don't have a stand mixer you can try a hand mixer, but you may have to beat the cream longer. This is my favorite stand mixer that I've had for several years now. It's heavy duty and makes cooking and baking so much easier!
keto homemade whipped cream
2 cups heavy whipping cream
2 tsp pure vanilla extract (optional)
Add the heavy whipping cream and vanilla extract to the bowl of a stand mixer.
Whip the cream on high until it becomes thick. Serve on top of your favorite desserts and enjoy!
