With four years of experience on the carnivore diet and sixteen years of nursing experience, Lori will assess your current needs and discuss the benefits of health coaching. This free initial health coaching session is the perfect opportunity to find out what you need help with and if coaching is right for you.

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is designed to ensure fairness and clarity for both our clients and our coaching team. We understand that life can be unpredictable, and circumstances may arise that require you to reschedule or cancel your coaching session. If you need to make changes to your scheduled session, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to accommodate other clients and adjust our schedules accordingly. Sessions cancelled within the 24-hour window will be subject to a cancellation fee. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain an efficient and effective coaching experience for everyone involved.
