b. Priority Shipping: This option is available for products that exceed the weight limit for first-class shipping. Priority shipping offers faster delivery and includes package tracking.
Packaging: To ensure the safe delivery of your items, all products are carefully packaged in sturdy boxes. Additionally, we wrap each product in bubble wrap to provide extra protection and prevent breakage during transit.
Processing Time: Please note that all orders require a processing time of 1-3 business days before they are shipped. This processing time allows us to carefully prepare and package your items to ensure their quality and accuracy.
Shipping Upgrades: For orders with paid shipping, customers have the option to upgrade their shipping method to Priority Shipping during the checkout process. This allows for faster delivery and package tracking. However, please note that shipping upgrade requests are not applicable to products with free shipping.
Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on select products. Orders eligible for free shipping will be shipped using the most economical shipping method available, which is typically First-Class Shipping. Please note that no shipping upgrade requests will be accepted for products with free shipping.
Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment on the USPS website or through their tracking system.
Shipping Restrictions: At present, we only ship within the United States and Canada.
Damaged, Delayed, or Undelivered Orders: We take great care in packaging and shipping your orders. However, in the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, is delayed, or not delivered, we kindly request that you inform us as soon as possible. The customer is responsible for keeping us updated regarding any issues with the delivery. We will work with you to resolve the problem promptly and ensure your satisfaction.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
